Saline tattoo removal is a much more gentle method to get rid of old and unwanted tattoos compared to laser removal.  It is also less painful and does not cause scarring like laser removal.  

I decided to take this class because I get plenty of inquiries regarding covering up an old eyebrow tattoo with Ombré Powder Brows, but sometimes I can't because the old tattoo is way too dark or is a funny shape.  I used to redirect them to someone that does removal, but now I can finally do it for them.  

In this class, we get a full kit and a live model to work on.  I expected this class to be a long one much like my other 8-hour training classes, but it was only 3 hours long.  Working on my live model only took 1 hour.

The left photo is of her eyebrows before and the right photo is of her brows after the procedure.  Totally isn't as pretty as getting a new set of ombré brows and it looks like it hurts! The redness goes down within a day and it is normal.  

Though it's always good to invest in yourself and continuing your education, I feel like this class was a waste of money.  The removal technique is very similar to the tattooing technique, the only difference is that you are inserting the removal solution instead of tattoo ink.  I feel like I could have taught it on my own, however, I'm still satisfied that I took that class because now I know how to do it correctly.  If I were to teach myself this I would always wonder if I'm even doing it right.  Also, it's never good to guess methods on someone's face!
